

Sardines in crazy water
After making the sea bream in crazy water from bbcgoodfood website and loving it I decided this week it was time to try the same method with Sardines! I have adjusted the timing a little bit and here is how I made it. Green bean and beef stew - Etli taze fasulye
Ingredients 2 tablespoon olive oil
200gr diced steak
1 medium onion, diced
200ml water
1 kg green beans, tops and tails cut off and sliced diagonally to 2-3cm pieces
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml water
4 small tomatoes - cut into two

Braised Fennel
I am trying increase the quantity and varity of the vegetables we are eating. When I saw this photo I thought I should definitely try it. So I did, but I changed the recipe slightly when cooking. Seafood Laksa
Tonight I made this seafood laksa following a recipe from Food52 website. I substititued rice noodles with soba noodles and made it only with one cod fillet and more prawns, didn't count exactly but almost double the amount of prawns tgat is in the recipe. Couple of things to remember next time; 1. Just 1 chilli will be enough for the paste as this was too hot. 2. Blend the red paste in a jug along with the vegetable stock. 3.
