Tonight I made this seafood laksa following a recipe from Food52 website.
I substititued rice noodles with soba noodles and made it only with one cod fillet and more prawns, didn't count exactly but almost double the amount of prawns tgat is in the recipe.
Couple of things to remember next time;
1. Just 1 chilli will be enough for the paste as this was too hot.
2. Blend the red paste in a jug along with the vegetable stock.
3. Watch the fish and the prawns as they cook really quickly and will be overcooked if left longer.
