Deviled beet pickled eggs

This is my first attempt at both pickling and deviled eggs. Results are encouraging. We had these beautiful looking eggs and there is plenty of pickled beets left to use in salads for packed lunched during the week.

I followed Leela Cyd's recipe from designsponge and it worked out well for me.
