I have been busy making the present for the office secret santa last night. I decided to make a box of chocolates for a lovely firend of mine in the office. I am all for making my own curry sauce from scratch but this is really easy and very tasty for a quick midweek supper. I just follow the instructions on the pack and it always turn out to be very good. I have tried it with chicken and lamb.
