This is an other most loved bread recipe, carrot and sesame sandwich bread, of course Dan Lepard recipe.

Yesterday I had this lovely "simit" for breakfast.

My simit is a bit softer version of the traditional "simit" as I make the dough with milk and butter.

Here is the recipe;

200ml whole milk
100ml cold water
2 teaspoon fast-action yeast
75g unsalted butter

These beauties were baking in our oven this morning.
It is a easy to follow recipe and the result is delicious everytime I make it. 
Recipe says ready in 35 miutes but actually it takes longer when you add the time needed for rising.
I used half wholemeal bread flour...
